NORTHWEST GEORGIA CENTER FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING TO HOLD OPEN HOUSE

The Northwest Georgia Center For Independent Living will be holding its annual Open House on Wednesday, February 26 from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM at their office located at 527 Broad St. in Rome. The Mardi Gas themed event will offer visitors an opportunity to see the Center, meet the staff, learn about their services, and see their brand new Sensory Room.

Light refreshments will be served and entertainment will be provided by local DJ, Thunder. A Silent Auction is also being held in conjunction with the Open House. People can bid on the many exciting items in person at the Open House or online on the CIL’s Facebook page. Pictures and descriptions of the items are also available on the CIL’s Facebook page.

The Northwest Georgia Center For Independent Living works to provide People with Disabilities resources, skills, and information to assist them with living more independently in the community in an 18 county region across northwest Georgia.
