The Atlanta Hawks were defeated by the Washington Wizards by 133-120 in NBA action on Wednesday night in Washington DC. That was Atlanta’s third straight loss and second in a row to DC in three days.
Trae Young scored a game-high 35 points and had 15 assists for the Hawks, who are now 2-3 on the 2024-2025 regular season.
Bilal Coulibaly notched a team-high 27 points for the Wizards, who are now 2-2.
The Hawks will be back on their home court at State Farm Arena in Atlanta on Friday night to host the Sacramento Kings; tip off is set for 7:30 pm.
