Shohei Otani drove in a pair of runs. Former Brave Freddie Freeman clubbed a three run homer for the Dodgers.
Max Fried was charged with the loss for Atlanta after surrendering three runs and two hits, walking three, and striking out seven through six innings. Evan Phillips was credited with the win for LA.
The Braves are now 81-69 on the 2024 season and have dropped to one game behind the New York Mets for the third and final NL Wild Card.
