Here’s a reminder that the Rome-Floyd Recycling Center, 412 Lavender Drive, will host an Electronics Recycling Event this Saturday, July 13th. The event is for Rome/Floyd County residents only and will take place from 9 am until all slots are full.
Appointments are required and may be made online via the SignUpGenius link at www.floydcountyga.gov or by telephone at (706) 291-5266.
Electronic items collected usually include computers, televisions, recorders, and most peripheral equipment like printers and keyboards. Associated cables and connection cords for electronics are also acceptable.
Recyclers without a Floyd County tag should be prepared to show proof of residency or property ownership (license, utility bill, tax bill, etc.).

September 21st – HHW and Electronics
November 9th – Electronics only
