RoFlo Fest, a celebration of all things Rome and Floyd County, is scheduled for this Saturday from 10 am until 4 pm in downtown Rome.
Aundi Lesley, Director of Rome’s Downtown Development Authority, invites the public to attend the festival, which will feature 100 vendors who will sell arts/crafts and food.
The event will be held rain or shine, unless severe weather approaches, adds Lesley, who enthuses that attendees may also enjoy live music.
A large crowd is expected for RoFlo Fest. Lesley urges everyone that attends the event to also check out (and support) businesses in downtown Rome.
Lesley also encourages the public to search for RoFlo Fest on Facebook for event details and updates.
If you love bacon, make plans to head down to Cave Spring on Saturday for BaconFest! That will begin at 10 am and will feature tastings of homemade bacon dishes, a car and bike show, and arts/crafts and food vendors. Details are available online at www.cavespring.ga.gov/events.
