This year’s murder mystery is entitled ‘The Last Will and Testament of Alfred Butterworth’.
According to a synopsis by Charles Wright, the show’s director, “Multi-Billionaire Tycoon Alfred Butterworth died from an apparent Murder. Although his murder was never solved, it was determined that his Estate needed to be settled. Alfred left specific instructions that the reading of his will should be a huge Gala, with lots of people invited. Eight of his closest friends and family were the only ones mentioned in his Will. And only one of those would inherit his entire estate. With a multi-billion-dollar Estate at stake, there are sure to be rifts between the possible heirs, so guests will need to be on the lookout for potential excitement at the Gala!”
Cast members include the following:
- Cathy Kerce as Elaine Butterworth, the “grieving” widow of Alfred Butterworth.
- Severo Avila as Mortimer Butterworth, Alfred’s twin brother
- JJ Johnson as Edward Wannamaker III, Alfred’s lifelong friend
