This marks week 10 of the 2023 regular season for area high school football teams.
Darlington’s Tigers won their Homecoming Game by 49-7 over Armuchee on Thursday night. The win allowed the Tigers to improve to 4-1 in Region 7-A Division I play and 6-3 overall. They are off next week and will close out the regular season at Trion on Friday, November 3rd. Fans can catch all the action of Darlington football on WLAQ 1410 AM/96.9 FM.
Also on Thursday night, Cartersville defeated Woodland by 48-0 in a Region 7-AAAAA outing.
