Hospitality House for Women, Inc. invites the public to Love Empowers, slated for Saturday, April 19th at 6 pm at Taylor Estate, 549 Minshew Road in Rome.
Caroline Groce, Community Outreach Coordinator, enthuses that will be the second annual Love Empowers.
The big event is intended to celebrate the work of the Hospitality House for Women, Inc. to support survivors of domestic violence. Attendees will enjoy a meal and drinks, live music from Kevin Allen, a live auction with Dempsey Auction Co, and a survivor story, says Groce.
Tickets may be purchased at www.givebutter.com/LoveEmpowers at a cost of $75 per individual or $125 per couple. Table sponsorship is also available for $1,000, which includes seating for eight and special recognition.
Groce states that the House hopes to use proceeds from the event to purchase a new van and to offer special activities for clients.
Attendees of Love Empowers are asked to dress in semi-formal attire. More information is available on the event Facebook page.
