The Atlanta Braves won a couple of split squad Spring Training games on Tuesday. One group defeated the Boston Red Sox by a final score of 6-1 on the Braves’ Grapefruit League home field in North Port, FL, while the other beat the Pittsburgh Pirates by 2-1 in Bradenton.
The Braves will host a split squad from the Pirates this afternoon; first pitch is set for 1:05 pm.
Braves fans may listen to coverage of weekend Spring Training games from the Braves Radio Network on WLAQ 1410 AM/96.9 FM through March 23rd.
WLAQ will have every pitch of the Braves’ ’25 regular season. Opening Day is set for Thursday, March 27th in San Diego, CA versus the Padres.
