Baseball is back! The Atlanta Braves opened Spring Training with a pair of losses over the weekend. They fell to the Minnesota Twins by a final score of 3-1 in Fort Myers, FL on Saturday afternoon. That was followed by a loss on their Grapefruit League home field in North Port, FL to the Tampa Bay Rays by 4-2 on Sunday.
The Braves will continue Spring Training this afternoon in Sarasota, FL with a match against the Baltimore Orioles; first pitch is slated for 1:05 pm.
Braves fans may listen to coverage of weekend Spring Training games from the Braves Radio Network on WLAQ 1410 AM/96.9 FM through March 23rd.
WLAQ will broadcast every pitch of the 2025 regular season from the Braves Radio Network. Opening Day is set for Thursday, March 27th in San Diego, CA versus the Padres.
