NORTHWEST GEORGIA CENTER FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING TO HOST INAUGURAL SENSABILITY SHOWCASE

The Northwest Georgia Center For Independent Living will be hosting its Inaugural SensAbility Showcase on Wednesday, January 22nd from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM at their office located at 527 Broad St. Rome, GA .The Showcase will focus on highlighting assistive technology (AT) for those who arev visually limited, blind, and deaf/blind.

The public is invited to this free event where they will learn more about many of the high and low tech devices available to make living independently easier at home, and in the workplace, for those who are visually impaired, blind, or deaf/blind. The ability to live independently raises self esteem for people with disabilities. For those unable to attend in person, there is a virtual option available.
