Local high school basketball teams’ quest for a Gold Ball in the 71st annual Rome Seven Hills Rotary Christmas Tournament will culminate tonight with the championship round.

Rome 64, Model 49
WLAQ 1410 AM and 96.9 FM will broadcast tonight’s championship games from the Armuchee Coliseum. The Rome and Calhoun girls’ battle for a Gold Ball will tip off at 7 pm, while the Darlington and Rome boys will meet in an 8:30 pm showdown.
