The Georgia’s Rome Welcome Center and Gift Shop is excited to announce the return of the 13th Annual Georgia’s Rome Winter Art Market at the Rome Civic Center, taking place on December 7-8, 2024. The market will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday.
This annual holiday event will showcase the creative talents of over 60 local artisans and vendors, offering unique, handcrafted gifts perfect for the season. Visitors can explore a wide range of local art, including woodworking, jewelry, pottery, handmade soaps, photography, and more. In addition to the art, food vendors will be on hand to provide a variety of delicious offerings, including lunch options, jellies and jams, candies, coffee, baked goods, and more.
“We are thrilled to once again support the talented local artists and makers of Rome, Georgia,” said Charlene Mathis, Manager of the Georgia’s Rome Welcome Center and Gift Shop. “This event is a wonderful way to celebrate the creativity of our community while finding one-of-a-kind gifts for the holidays.”
Admission and parking are free, making it an accessible event for all to enjoy. The Rome Civic Center is conveniently located at 402 Civic Center Drive, just across from Applebee’s.
