ATLANTA HAWKS LOSE MATCH AT HOME TO DEFENDING NBA CHAMPION BOSTON CELTICS

The Atlanta Hawks lost on their home court to the defending NBA champion Boston Celtics by 123-93 on Monday night at State Farm Arena.

Jalen Johnson scored a team-high 20 points for the Hawks, who are now 3-5 on the 2024-2025 regular season. He also had 11 rebounds.

Jayson Tatum had a game-high 28 points for the Celtics, who have won their last three straight and are now 7-1.

The Hawks will remain at home to host the New York Knicks on Wednesday night; tip off is set for 7:30 pm.
