The Rome Floyd Chamber and the Downtown Development Authority of Rome are thrilled to announce a new initiative designed especially for students: the College Student Discount Program. This program offers exclusive discounts from local businesses specifically for students from Berry College, Georgia Highlands College, Georgia Northwestern Technical College and Shorter University.
Students will all be able to take advantage of great offers from local businesses in the community. This discount program is a great way for college students to get firsthand experience of the amazing shops, restaurants and experiences that Rome and Floyd County have to offer. The businesses will be offering exclusive discounts and freebies to enhance students’ experiences in the community while they further their education and plan for the future.
Students can take advantage of these special offers to discover what our community has to offer. Whether it’s a generous discount on their favorite products or a free gift with purchase, there’s something for everyone.
How do students receive the discount? It is simple, they just show their student ID at any participating business. A list of participating business can be found at the Chamber and DDA’s dedicated webpage, https://downtownromega.us/collegediscount/. Make sure to check this page regularly as new businesses will be added.
