Applications are now being accepted online for the 2024 Rome Christmas Parade. The parade is set for 7 pm on Tuesday, December 3rd in downtown Rome with the theme of “A CHRISTmas Carol”.
Interested parties may apply online at www.romechristmasparade.com. The application period will close on Friday, November 1st or whenever 125 entries are reached, according to the parade committee. The bands and the Grand Marshall are not included in that 125.
Meetings will be held at 6 pm on November 18th and 20th at the Rome Civic Center for entrants to receive packets and numbers. A participant from each entry must attend one of these meetings.
The Grand Marshals of the Rome Christmas Parade will be announced during a special breakfast at the Coosa Country Club on Tuesday, November 26th.
