ATLANTA BRAVES TO OPEN HOMESTAND WITH NL EAST BATTLES VERSUS PHILADELPHIA PHILLIES

The Atlanta Braves were off Monday and will begin a six-game homestand tonight with the first outing in a three-game National League East set versus the Philadelphia Phillies. Reynaldo Lopez will return from the injured list to serve as Atlanta’s starting pitcher, and Zack Wheeler will head to the mound for Philadelphia. The first pitch is slated for 7:20 pm. The Braves head into the series with a record of 66-58 and in second place of the NL East, seven games behind the division-leading Phillies.
