Under Jolly’s leadership as Executive Director, the RFCCCY will continue its mission of improving conditions for children and families in Rome and Floyd County. The Rome-Floyd County Commission on Children and Youth (RFCCCY) is a county collaborative organization that works as part of the statewide Georgia Family Connection Partnership network. Jolly will provide planning, facilitation, communication and coordination of services for the partners participating in this work.

“We are excited to welcome Jennifer Jolly as our new Executive Director,” said Sarah Scarber, who has assumed the role of President of the Board of Directors of the RFCCCY. “Jennifer has extensive experience with leading transformative initiatives that have positively impacted children and families in Rome and Floyd County. Her passion for child welfare and community advocacy will undoubtedly propel RFCCCY’s efforts forward.”

Jolly has more than eighteen years of dedicated experience in family and community services and family advocacy, with most of her time spent working with schools and non-profit organizations in Rome and Floyd County. Most recently, Jolly served as the Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) Coordinator for Rome City Schools. In this role, she orchestrated the implementation of TBRI initiatives across all Rome City schools with the goal of facilitating system-wide trauma-informed and attachment-aware changes. Prior to joining Rome City Schools, she served as the Director of Outreach Programs at the YMCA of Rome and Floyd County. Jolly is a TBRI Practitioner and TBRI mentor and holds several academic degrees, including a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Counseling and a Bachelors degree in Family and Community Services.

“I am honored to join the Rome-Floyd County Commission on Children and Youth and look forward to collaborating with our partners to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our community’s children,” said Jolly. “Together, we will work tirelessly to ensure every child has the opportunity to thrive.”
