The Rome Emperors were off Monday and will begin a six-game series up in Bowling Green, KY versus the Hot Rods tonight. First pitch is scheduled for 7:35 pm.
The Emperors enter this series with a one-game lead over the Hot Rods in the South Atlantic League’s South Division standings with just nine games left in the first half of the 2024 season. Each team is competing for a first half win and early spot in the postseason.
Rome’s set at Bowling Green will continue through Sunday.
