ROME DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY LOOKS FORWARD TO A BUSY SPRING HIGHLIGHTED BY 2024 LOFT TOURS, RO FLO FEST

The Rome Downtown Development Authority is looking forward to a busy Spring.

Activities will begin with the 2024 Loft Tours, slated for Saturday, April 20th from 10 am to 12 pm.

Jennifer Bailey, Administrative Coordinator, says that these tours will give participants an opportunity to explore the unique living spaces of downtown Rome.

Tours will originate from the lobby of First National Community Bank, 501 Broad Street. Check-in will begin at 9 am with refreshments available.

Tickets cost $25 each and may be purchased via a link posted on Downtown Rome, GA’s Facebook page. Bailey urges interested parties to purchase their tickets soon as the event sells out quickly each year. Participants must be 12 years of age or older. This is a walking tour with stairs.

Ro-Flo Fest will be back on Saturday, May 4th with live music, vendors, and more. Artists and performers are currently sought for that event, according to Bailey.

Summer will be highlighted by the return of the First Friday concert series on the first Friday of every month from June through September. Fiddlin’ Fest will be back in the Fall; the date for that event is Saturday, October 12th. For updates on any of these events, follow Downtown Rome, GA on social media or call (706) 236-4520.
