The Floyd County Extension Master Gardener Volunteers will present a free Community Workshop, “Pruning Fruit Trees” on Saturday, February 24, from 10am until 12pm at Chieftain’s Museum/Major Ridge Home, 501 Riverside Parkway in Rome. The public is invited to attend and learn the correct way to trim trees. The program will be presented by John Hendrickson, Master Gardener, and Keith Mickler, Floyd County Extension Agent.
