ATLANTA HAWKS OPEN HOMESTAND WITH VICTORY IN OT OVER PHILADELPHIA 76ERS

The Atlanta Hawks began a five-game homestand on Wednesday night with a 139-132 win in overtime over the Philadelphia 76ers at State Farm Arena. Trae Young scored a team-high 28 points for the Hawks, who snapped a two-game losing skid.

Tyrese Maxey led all players in scoring with 35 points for the 76ers, who lost their third straight.

The Hawks are now 15-21 on the 2023-24 regular season. They will be back in action on Friday night as hosts to the Indiana Pacers. Tip off is scheduled for 7:30 pm in Atlanta.
