ATLANTA HAWKS’ LOSING STREAK EXTENDS TO FIVE STRAIGHT WITH WEDNESDAY NIGHT LOSS IN TORONTO TO RAPTORS

The Atlanta Hawks fell to the Toronto Raptors by 135-128 in NBA action on Wednesday night in the first meeting of a two-game set at Toronto, Canada. It marked the fifth consecutive loss for the Hawks and the end of a four-game losing streak for the Raptors.

Trae Young led all players in scoring with 35 points and had 17 assists for the Hawks, who are now 9-14 on the 2023-2024 regular season.

Pascal Siakam scored a team-high 33 points for the Raptors, who are now 10-14.

The Hawks will face the Raptors again on Friday night in Toronto. Tip off is slated for 7:30 pm. That will be followed for Atlanta by a game in Cleveland versus the Cavaliers on Saturday night.
