Floyd County voters will have opportunities this weekend to cast advance in-person ballots in the November 7th general election at the Elections Office, 18 East 12th Street in Rome. Early voting will be offered from 9 am to 5 pm this Saturday and from 1 pm to 5 pm on Sunday.
Weekday early voting will be offered today at the Elections Office and at the Rome Civic Center, along with next Monday through Friday at the Elections Office and the Anthony Recreation Center. Hours are 8 am to 5 pm.
Here is a friendly reminder from the Elections Office– NO early voting will take place at the county’s Administration Building in downtown Rome.
All of the precincts around the county will be open on Election Day, Tuesday, November 7th, from 7 am until 7 pm.
Registered voters in the City of Rome will cast ballots for three posts each in Wards One and Three of the Rome City Commission in this election. Voters in both the city and Floyd County will determine the fate of the ’23 SPLOST. Cave Spring voters will also elect two members to their City Council.
