The Rome Braves beat the Asheville Tourists 6-3 on Thursday night in game three of a six-game set in Asheville, NC. The Tourists’ lead in that series now stands at 2-1. The teams will meet again this evening at 6:35 pm.
Rome’s series in Asheville will continue through Sunday. It will be followed by an off-day on Monday, then a six-game series in Greenville, SC versus the Drive next Tuesday through Sunday. The Braves will be back on their home field on Tuesday, August 8th.
