The Coosa River Basin Initiative’s Guided Paddle Trips are returning for ’21! Jesse Demonbreun-Chapman, Executive Director, says that the monthly trips will allow paddlers to explore wildlife, Native American fish weirs, and more along the waterways of North Georgia.
This return to the water will commence with the Etowah Paddle on July 17th; the schedule for this year will be highlighted by the Harvest Moon Paddle on October 20th, enthuses Demonbreun-Chapman.
The CRBI is currently working on the details about shuttle service after these paddle trips, says Demonbreun-Chapman, who eagerly anticipates a return to the water.
Registration for the Coosa River Basin Initiative’s 2021 Guided Paddle Trips may be completed online at www.coosa.org. Those who are not members of the organization will be required to join as a member in order to participate in one of the trips.
