GOT A NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTION? STAY AT IT!!
Need a little help with keeping that New Year’s resolution? Maybe you have a goal to lose weight and get in shape, to quit smoking, to save money and eliminate debt or to do more volunteer work. Whatever your goal is, stay after it. This is the advice of local resident Nina Lovel, who knows a thing or two about keeping resolutions as a past participant in CNN’s FitNation and an avid triathlete. Lovel says that in order to reach your goal, you must keep going! At least, that has been her experience with athletic training.
