The Floyd County Police have arrested a couple of juveniles in connection to damage at a concession stand at the Pepperell High School football stadium on Sunday night.  According to an FCPD media release, both juveniles are 13 years old eighth graders in the Pepperell school district; one resides in Silver Creek and the other in Lindale.

Approximately $300 in snacks and drinks have been recovered as a result of the investigation.  The juveniles will not be identified by officers.  They have been released to their parents and are awaiting prosecution in Floyd County’s Juvenile Court.  Damage included a roll up metal door and the glass doors of four Coca Cola coolers.  The suspects have been charged with second degree burglary, second degree criminal damage to property, theft by taking, as well as criminal trespass.

Investigators credit television news coverage with identification of the pair of suspects.
