‘SING FOR THEIR SUPPER’ BENEFIT SET FOR THIS EVENING AT THE VOGUE BUILDING

Written by Matt Davis on June 8, 2018. Posted in News/Weather

“Sing for Their Supper”, a concert to benefit the Community Kitchen, is set for this evening at the Vogue Building in downtown Rome.

The event will feature the talents of Scott Thompson, Michael Magno, David Bell and Jefferson Ross.  The group will entertain the audience with song and maybe even tell a story or two.

Thompson, the event’s organizer, says that his aim is for the concert to be an intimate listening room experience.  In other words, put the phone down and be in the moment.

Doors will open for “Sing for their Supper” at 6:30 pm; the show will begin at 7 pm.  Tickets are $30 and may be purchased in advance at Heritage First Bank, Jamwich and Living & Giving, as well as at the door.  To learn more about the show, search for “Sing for their Supper” on Facebook.
