The fourth annual Ride for Cancer Navigators is set for tomorrow (Saturday, July 13th).  Activities will begin with registration at 9 am at Logtown on South Main Street in Adairsville.

The ride is being organized by Buddy Bagley in honor of his wife, Darlene, who passed away on April 1st after a long battle with cancer.  Bagley says she was diagnosed in 2009 with breast cancer, which spread to other parts of her body and ultimately took her life.

Motorcyclists will begin their ride at 10 am.  The pathway will feature a stop by Darlene’s grave.

Registration is $20 per bike and $30 if you want a t-shirt.  The cost for passengers is $10 each.  In addition to the ride, the event will also feature food and drinks, door prizes and some auction items.  Everyone who registers will have a shot at a $50 gas card.  T-shirts will also be on sale for $15.

Proceeds will benefit Cancer Navigators.

Those interested in participating in the ride are asked to pre-register and can do so by calling Buddy Bagley at (770) 313-8190 or emailing him at abtransport2003@yahoo.com.
