BRAVES CONTINUE ROAD TRIP OUT WEST

The Atlanta Braves were off on Thursday and will continue their current six game road trip out west with a three-game series in Los Angeles against the Dodgers this weekend.  Brandon McCarthy will serve as starting pitcher for Atlanta versus his former team, while Walker Buehler will head to the mound for LA in tonight’s opener.  First pitch is set for 10:10 pm at Dodger Stadium.  The game will be broadcast on WLAQ AM 1410.  Air time is 8:55 pm from the Braves Radio Network.

The Atlanta Braves fell to the San Diego Padres 3-1 on Wednesday afternoon in the finale of a three-game set in San Diego, allowing the Padres to take the series 2-1.
