HAWKS FALL TO WIZARDS AT STATE FARM ARENA

The Atlanta Hawks fell to the Washington Wizards 131-117 at the State Farm Arena on Wednesday evening, marking the fourth straight loss for the Hawks and the third win in a row for the Wizards.

Bradley Beal was the top scorer of the night with a season-high 36 points for Washington, who finished with a season-high 35 assists on the night.

John Collins notched a career-high with 26 points for Atlanta, who attempted a comeback with 45 points in the third quarter.  Collins also had 14 rebounds.  Kent Bazemore added 22 points.

The Hawks are now 5-20 on the 2018-2019 season.  They will conclude their current three-game homestand with an outing against the Denver Nuggets on Saturday night.
