FLOYD COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT TO HOLD METH AWARENESS SEMINAR

The Floyd County Sheriff’s Department will host a Meth Awareness Seminar at the Forum in downtown Rome on Wednesday, August 8th at 6 pm.  Floyd County Sheriff Tim Burkhalter says this is the fifth in a series of programs about meth awareness.  It is free and open to the public.

Burkhalter says the goal of the Meth Awareness Seminars is to eliminate the use of methamphetamines in our community.
