Halloween, of course, falls in the middle of the week this year.  AAA, The Auto Club Group, reminds evening commuters and other motorists to expect more pedestrians on the road this evening, as children and families across the nation will be out trick-or-treating.  Halloween ranks in the top three days of the year for pedestrian injuries and fatalities.

CHIEFTAINS MUSEUM/MAJOR RIDGE HOME TO HOST FAMILY FREE DAY THIS SATURDAY

The Chieftains Museum/Major Ridge Home will host a Family Free Day this Saturday, November 3rd from 10 am until 2 pm.  According to a release from the museum, the event will feature Cherokee storytelling as well as portrayals of historical figures.
