The body of a missing Floyd County man has been found.  The body of 32-year-old Matthew Todd Beam was found on Watkins Gin Road by two men yesterday.  Beam had been missing since February 24th.  He was pronounced dead at the scene yesterday afternoon at 3:30 pm.  The cause of death has yet to be determined.  Beam’s body has been sent to the GBI crime lab in Atlanta.

    Floyd county detectivea felled to do their jobs. Matthew was reported missing and they told us he was 32 yr old man with criminal record no felonies and known to do drugs. He was still human being. They had no intention of searching the Woods for him. Bc well respected man being another law official seem him the next day Feb 25. He was in Woods for 17 days before his body was found. Was he still alive lost 2300 acres Woods ? How long?
